A-List

Well, at least Denny Hamlin was able to keep up his end of the deal. 95 points from Hamlin

B-List

Decent finishes by Reutimann and Hamlin (17th and 12th), but no laps led. Like that helps me. 58 from Reutimann, 68 from Hamlin.

C-List

Thanks for a good finish A.J. -_- 44 points from Allmendinger, 265 points overall

To Watkins Glen!

A-List

Starter: Tony Stewart
Reserve: Jeff Gordon

Tony is on his usual mid-summer surge. Tony has had great history at Watkins Glen. Put two and two together. Gordon gets my reserve spot, but I doubt he will sniff the starter's spot.

B-List

Starters: Marcos Ambrose, Matt Kenesth
Reserves: Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr.

Marcos should get a good finish, and help try to boost what has been a dismal season for him. The odd thing with Watkins Glen is that the B-Listers just haven't seemed to do well here, almost like C-Listers at most tracks, so I'm somewhat limited in making a good, confident pick. I would choose Harvick, but I want to save some of his starts (only 3 left), so I will go with Kenesth. Harvick and Truex get the reserve spots.

C-List

Starter: Robby Gordon
Reserve: Ron Fellows

Unlike Sonoma, Robby has much more consistency here at Watkins Glen, so I am MUCH more confident in picking Robby for my starter spot. Fellows gets the reserve spot, in case I have a last minute change of heart.
