Random thoughts on NASCAR?

Does PRISM Motorsports get discounts for early Sunday afternoon flights? If the green flag drops at 1pm, I bet the entire team is on a plane headed back home no later than two.

And speaking of Dave Blaney? does PRISM Motorsports have a picture of you with a farm animal? Seriously? how much are they paying you to ?start and park? every week?

Or maybe Blaney is paying them?

Hendrick Motorsports is a 1 team operation with three ?other? teams.
The #48 crew has 5 wins and is a threat each and every week.
The #24 team comes prepared until the car rolls off the truck.
Martin?s team had their last hurrah in 2009.
The #88 crew are the step children of HMS and should be sponsored by ?Just For Men? to dye the red out of their hair.

NASCAR?s key to higher ratings and higher attendance?
Simple: Dale Jr. starts running up front and becomes a threat to win on occassion.
How will it happen?
Dale, meet Chad. Chad, meet Dale.

Am I the only one that wants to see Kyle Busch get 200 wins in Sprint, Nationwide & trucks combined? Another 6-7 years at this pace and he?ll be knocking on that door.

I miss Ward Burton.

Dear Bobby Labonte? please pull the plug on your career and leave with dignity. Maybe you can fool some of us into thinking you retired in 2003.

Who the heck at NBC thought that Wally Dallenbach could have as much credibility calling a race as he did piloting a Sprint Cup car?

The above was sarcasm. Hope you picked up on it.

If I was in a bar fight and had to pick one driver to have my back? it?s Kyle Petty. I can envision broken bottles and plenty of colorful metaphors.
