"Front Row Top 35 teams"

There are some reports that Front Row will get all three of its cars into guaranteed spots for the first five races. They will probably get two, but they will probably not get three.

This is due to the fact that Kevin Conway will probably get the points from the #96 car. However, the #38 car will probably not get a spot. This is due to the fact that would have to get the points from the #44 car.

NASCAR probably would not allow that due to the fact that it would not allow RPM to remove itself from ownership. They made a one-time exception to that rule for the #26 car due to the fact that Roush had ownership of five cars.

RPM would not be allowed to do that. That likely means that the #07 and #44 points will disappear. There is likely only one car that would get the points from the #07, and that would be the #09. It would likely be a deal that would include that team getting Childress engines, as I have mentioned previously. Childress would then only have ownership in four teams, so that transfer, if it were to happen, would be approved. More to come on this story I am sure.
