I refuse to talk about Dario Judd's Indy 500 "win," and I didn't watch any of the Charlotte races. Well actually I did. I instead on Saturday night watch live on ESPN2 the Global RallyCross series. These drivers are crazy, passing each other on a road course set up at Charlotte Motor Speedway by utilizing the pits, front stretch, and legends track. The track was barely wide enough for 1 car, yet they were 2 and 3 wide at some points. They even set a chicane barrier like 1994 F1, and one of the drivers took it out. Series didn't care; they just kept on racing even though struck water barrels were leaking everywhere.
It is June, and it is Le Mans time. I was wondering if anyone was interested in doing winner-take-all picks for the most important race in the world. It would be one-off and we would not do it again. Please give me your thoughts.
I must now steal an idea from one of my fellow bloggers...
If the The Vicar were in the booth, we'd know what's up with Ned Jarrett. Sorry I couldn't resist.
