Stewart has impressed this season to say the least! It was a big risk but it has worked and even if he doesn't win the title it will definitely be one to remember... oh and Newman is 7th!

stewart deserved the championship in 2009 but fell off as i knew he would in the chase....
i know i sound like a conspiracy thoerist but hendrick flat out cannot allow a team who buys his equipment to run better than his primary team... thus the reason stewart fell off in the chase... more proof of this is just looking at the final driver standings for 2009 the only hendrick driver stewart (and newman) finished ahead of was junior....
