RR Forum Game Rules Thread!!!

Rules:

Each Week, pick 3 drivers you think will do well.
points are counted for the top two finishing drivers you picked.
simple right?

here is some extra incentives added to the game:

if you get a 1-2 finish by the drivers you picked you get 10 points
if the three drivers you picked all finish in the top 5 you get 20 points
if the three drivers you picked get a 1-2-3 finish you get 40 points.

if you pick the driver that won the race you get an extra 2 points to add to your chase cache which will be added at the start of the chase.

if you score the highest amount of points than any other player you will be named "Winner of the Week" and will have an extra 3 points added to your Chase cache if you make the chase.

New Rules This Year:

yes there are going to be a couple more rules this year,
seeing as we had so many ties last year and was what ultimately decided the championship in the end i have decided to implement a restriction on how many time you can pick a driver.

during a race month you will have the option of picking any driver only twice during that month

Example: February: Tony Stewart ( pick him twice) i cant pick him at Las Vegas.

When multiple members pick the same three drivers a tiebreaker will be used to determine the winner:
1) In case of a tiebreaker, the best-finishing third-picked driver will decide who gets the win
2) When all three drivers are the same, the first one to pick wins
3) When you edit your picks, you will move to the back of the line

In the case that a driver gets penalized after a race and loses points, these will NOT be deducted from anyone's total for that race, if he or she had picked that driver for that particular race.
