Word is that Danica will be running the Nationwide event at Daytona. After the way she handled the ARCA race, why not? And, if she runs the same type of race....hug the bottom and stay in line....I have no doubt that barring the usual demo derby stuff she will do just fine.

Well she got Go Daddy car and she's racing with big kids now yea.

If she can get top-20 or top 25 (and on lead lap) i'd concider her first NASCAR race a success. But she wrecks someone, then well the chips will fall where they may.

The biggest rag (no pun intended) on Danica is that she is too conservative, so if she holds to her regular MO, I don't see her wrecking anyone.

If she finishes poorly and its of her own doing then people will jump all over her and they will say she failed.

I her want too succeed too a point (meaning gaining experience and finishing races but also doing well enough too keep confidence as well). If she plays the Nationwide race safe and finishes top 20 or top 25 then i'd be fine with it. My problem is that others may not and jump all over her.

Shucks, I'ld like nothing more than to see almost the entire field do the Demo Derby on the last lap with Danica driving through the chaos for the win. Or any other driver who has never won a Nationwide race.

She most likely would have met my expections if she didn't get into the big one. Her SPEEDweeks deserve (atleast) B+.
